Functional Fitness is characterized by exercises performed with body weight (push-ups, burpees, rabbit heels, etc.) and some alternative equipment. In Europe, practically all gyms have Functional Fitness and many people who train alone (on the street or at home) also do. Ufittest.com, for the first time in Portugal, will organize the first international functional fitness championship. Everyone can compete in this 6-week challenge in an online format, culminating in an international final, face-to-face event in Lisbon. What characterizes this challenge is the hardness of the tests, of true strength, endurance, speed and agility.

These are functional exercises performed with body weight (push-ups, burpees, etc.) or with alternative materials (rope jumps or step jump).
